1- The IRS Announced 2021 HSA Contribution Limits, HDHP Minimum Deductibles, HDHP Out-of-Pocket Maximums (5/21).

2- The IRS announced COVID-19-Related Temporary Relief for Participants of Section 125 Cafeteria Plans and High Deductible Health Plans (5/12).

3- The MA Department of Family and Medical Leave (DFML) is updating its Paid Family and Medical Leave (PFML) regulations (458 CMR 2.00). The latest version of the proposed draft regulations (5/14/20) can be viewed on the DFML site.

4- The Department of Family and Medical Leave (DFML) will hold a public hearing via Webex on proposed amendments to the Department’s regulations (458 CMR 2.00 - 5/14/20) on 6/11/20 at 10:00 am. For more information or to register, click here.
