Group Mentoring Program

NEEBC advances the next generation of employee benefits and total rewards professionals through education, scholarship, community and mentoring. We offer an annual group mentoring program primarily to advance and empower emerging benefits professionals by sharing industry knowledge and cultivating relationships and skills needed to succeed.  This is a benefit of NEEBC membership.

The group mentoring program provides an informal, relaxed forum in a group setting to discuss real-life business and career challenges with experienced benefits professionals and peers within the NEEBC community.

What is an Emerging Benefits Professional?
Our target audience is benefits or rewards professionals who have fewer than 10 years of experience in benefits, rewards or a related field. This includes employers, brokers/consultants and service providers.
