About NEEBC Programs

Each year, more than 2,000 employee benefits/HR professionals and about 100 speakers participate in our cutting-edge programs in all areas of employee benefits. NEEBC's programs provide ideas, solutions and strategies to meet the complex challenges of today's employee benefits landscape in an exceptional professional development environment.

A full-day program in the spring dedicated to Employee Health & Welfare Plans (think Employee Benefits Boot Camp), and a half-day program in the fall featuring  defined contribution (DC) plans.

Benefits Lunch & Learn
Enjoy lunch, network with other benefits professionals and hear about "hot topics" and "breaking news" on employee benefit-related issues.

Global Benefits Forum
Offered several times a year in an informal seminar format, designed for benefits professional who have employees around the world.

Solutions Series 
Aimed at benefit plan administrators and other professionals, these half-day events educate attendees on the technical aspects of administration and compliance for programs such as the ACA, COBRA, HIPAA and FMLA.

NEEBC Networking Nights
NEEBC partners with the Worksite Wellness Council of MA (WWCMA) for an evening of conversation, cocktails and networking, often in unique venues.

Strategic Retirement Solutions
Developed for experienced benefits professionals seeking in-depth knowledge of financial and retirement planning topics, these half-day programs cover hot topics, recent legislation, compliance, administration and design.

NEEBC offers a variety of timely webinars, some of which are co-sponsored by the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP).

Women in Benefits Networking Luncheons
Enjoy lunch with female professionals in downtown Boston and learn strategies that will help empower and advance women in the workplace.

Increase your knowledge and/or earn your CBP (Certified Benefits Professional) certification.  Two-day WorldatWork courses are hosted by NEEBC several times a year on a vairety of benefits-related topics.  NEEBC is a WorldatWork local network/sponsor and one of the select few focusing exclusively on benefits curriculum and CBP certification.
